 Booking is easy! Just contact us through our website, social media, or by phone. We'll confirm availability and get you set up in minutes. 

 Each unit varies slightly, but most bounce castles require a flat space about 15’ x 15’ with a few feet of clearance on each side. We’ll give you the exact dimensions when you book! 

 Yes! We deliver, set up, and take down the bounce castle — all included in the rental price (within our delivery area). 

 We can set up on grass, pavement, or concrete. Please let us know the surface ahead of time so we can bring the proper anchoring equipment. 

 Yes. An adult must supervise children at all times while they’re using the bounce castle to ensure safety. 

 Most rentals are for a full day (up to 8 hours), but we’re happy to discuss extended rentals or overnight options. 

If bad weather is in the forecast, we allow you to reschedule your booking or cancel at no cost. Must be arranged 48 Hours before rental

 Absolutely! We thoroughly clean and sanitize every unit before and after each rental. All of our inflatables meet strict safety standards. 

 Yes, a small non-refundable deposit is required to hold your date. The remaining balance is due before or on the day of your event.
